HELP Program (Handicapped and Elderly Living Program)
Home maintenance and repair assistance for enrolled EBCI members who are elderly or have documented disabilities: standard home repairs, emergency repairs (water, HVAC, electrical — after-hours emergency line available), lawn mowing, and garden plowing. Available in both the main Qualla Boundary area and the Snowbird community in Graham County.

Tribal Citizens Only
Enrolled EBCI member who is (a) age 59.5 or older, OR (b) any age with SSA disability documentation. After-hours emergency repair line: 828-497-4131.
