Choctaw Health Center — Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Services
Outpatient mental health treatment and addiction services for adults and children. Includes mental health counseling, addiction treatment, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, specialized assessments, and community-based case management. On-call services available after hours for emergencies.

Enrolled MBCI members and other federally recognized tribal members eligible for IHS services. Services available for adults and children. After-hours emergency line: 601-389-4400.
