Mail-order prescription refill service from the Lois White Burton Pharmacy Refill Center in Poteau. Refills can be picked up at any Choctaw Nation clinic or shipped via UPS/USPS.

Any CDIB Holder
Any CDIB holder from any federally recognized tribe meeting CNHSA guidelines. Eligible dependents under 19 and certain non-eligible spouses (with insurance) also qualify for limited services.
