ASHA Storm Shelter Assistance Program
Financial assistance to help enrolled AST members purchase and install a storm shelter at their primary Oklahoma residence.
Who's eligible
Tribal Citizens Only
Enrolled Absentee Shawnee Tribe member, age 18 or older. Must be the owner-occupant of the primary residence for at least 12 consecutive months. Must be an Oklahoma resident.

Applications are not being accepted right now: as of 2026-09-21 the ASHA program page states "At this time, we are no longer accepting Storm Shelter Program applications."
