Senior Centers Program
Provides congregate breakfasts, lunches, and homebound meals to eligible Chickasaw elders. Offers health monitoring, social activities, cultural classes, wellness programs, and group activities.
Who's eligible
Tribal Citizens Only
Chickasaw citizen age 60+, or spouse of a 60+ Chickasaw citizen, or Chickasaw handicapped person under 60 living with an eligible elder or in elderly housing.

Available to Chickasaw citizens anywhere in the US

How to apply
The required application is available at any Chickasaw Nation Senior Center. If approved, service begins immediately for congregate meals; an assessment is completed for homebound meals within a Senior Center service area.
