Community Health Nursing for tribal members in rural communities. Community Health Representatives (CHR) assist Native Americans in maintaining health. Also includes Connecting Kids to Coverage (helping qualifying children in Oklahoma access medical coverage), Nutrition Services, and Healthy Lifestyles community events on physical activity, nutrition, and tobacco prevention.
