Assists eligible CPN members with the cost of eyeglasses, prescription sunglasses, contact lenses, wheelchairs, vehicle wheelchair lifts and ramps, partial and full dentures, hearing aids, and CPAP machines and supplies. Insurance must be billed first; Health Aid covers the remaining balance after the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is received.
