Annual general welfare payments to enrolled EBCI members under the federal Tribal General Welfare Exclusion Act of 2014. Replaced the former per capita loan program (discontinued April 2023). Annual application periods are required; direct deposit available. Note: GenWell distributions may interact with SSI/Social Security benefit calculations — consult your SSA caseworker.
