Diaper Distribution Program
Free diapers or pull-ups for children 3 years old and younger, first-come, first-served. Expectant parents may apply with a proof-of-pregnancy letter.
Who's eligible
Any Enrolled Tribal Member
The page and application state: "The child or parent must be an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe." If the child has no membership/CDIB card, the parent supplies theirs with the child's birth certificate or hospital birth record. Miami Tribe of Oklahoma members receive preference. Guardians with court custody must provide guardianship or placement papers from Tribal Court or DHS.
