Newborn Care Package Program
A care package of newborn essentials (diapers, wipes, feeding necessities, hygiene and safety products) for babies up to 3 months old, first-come, first-served. Parents can apply 4-6 weeks before the due date.
Who's eligible
Any Enrolled Tribal Member
The page and application state: "The child or parent must be an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe." If the child has no membership/CDIB card yet, the parent supplies theirs with the birth certificate or hospital birth record. Miami Tribe of Oklahoma members receive preference.
