Lease-to-own homebuyer program. Applicants lease an MCN home with the option to purchase. Requires minimum $20,000 annual income and that the applicant has not owned a home for at least one year. Creek preference applies.
Who's eligible
Any Enrolled Tribal Member Income Based Geographic
18 years or older; minimum annual income of $20,000; have not owned a home for at least 1 year before applying; willing to reside in the Creek Nation Jurisdictional Area; must use the home as principal residence during the lease. Creek preference applies. Required documents: Creek Citizenship card, tribal membership documentation, or CDIB; SS cards for all family members; employment/income verification.
