Down payment and closing cost assistance for first-time Native American homebuyers within the MCN Reservation. Income must be 50–80% of HUD national median. Creek preference applies.
Who's eligible
Any Enrolled Tribal Member Income Based Geographic
First-time homebuyer; live within the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Reservation; annual family income at or above 50% but not exceeding 80% of national HUD median income; 18 years or older; no existing or former NAHASDA Mutual Help Participant status; able to meet credit and financial obligations with no accounts in collections. Required documents: CDIB, Social Security cards, employment verification. Preference given to Creek Citizens.
