Annual $500 health benefit allocation for enrolled Osage Nation members age 64 and younger. Funds delivered via FSA-style debit card and/or reimbursement for eligible healthcare expenses following IRS FSA guidelines. Personal use only; unused funds do not roll over.

Enrolled Osage Nation members ages 64 and younger. Annual enrollment required during open enrollment (October 1–December 15) for the following calendar year. Submit receipts for reimbursement by March 31 of the following year.
