Osage Nation Health Benefit Plan (Ages 65+)
Annual $1,000 health benefit allocation for enrolled Osage Nation members age 65 or older. Unused funds roll over up to a $3,000 maximum card balance (carrying over from the prior two years). Delivered via FSA-style debit card and/or reimbursement.
Who's eligible
Tribal Citizens Only
Enrolled Osage Nation members age 65 or older. Cannot be simultaneously enrolled in Medicare Plan F or Part D. Existing enrollees do not need to re-enroll annually. Open enrollment: October 1–December 15.
