Download the subsidy application from the program page and submit it with the required documents to the Ponca Tribe Early Childhood Center at 228 White Eagle Drive, or call (580) 762-7927. Parents and providers both sign monthly timesheets certifying the days and times of care; providers must submit timesheets within 30 days of the date of service or the cost is not covered and the parent is responsible for it. Allow two weeks for payment processing and up to 30 days to process a new provider — the tribe will not pay for services provided before a provider is officially approved.
