Federally funded home improvement assistance for enrolled tribal members living in substandard housing on the reservation. General HIP provides up to $7,500 for health and safety repairs or up to $60,000 for major rehabilitation. Also includes a BIA ARPA-funded component and the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) for eligible households.
