CCDF Child Care Assistance
CCDF subsidy helping eligible families pay for child care while working or attending school. Families may select a relative provider, a DHS-licensed home provider, a DHS-licensed center, or the tribe’s own Otoe-Missouria Daycare Center. This entry covers the Noble and Garfield County path, which is open to members of any federally recognized tribe.
Who's eligible
Any Enrolled Tribal Member Any CDIB Holder Income Based Geographic
The parent/guardian or the child must be an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe and provide a copy of a valid CDIB with the application packet — membership in the Otoe-Missouria Tribe is not required on this path. Income eligibility guidelines apply, and the applicant must reside in the service area. Priority is given to teen parents, single-parent households, ICW/DHS placements, and Otoe-Missouria tribal members. A completed application packet determines eligibility, the co-payment, and approval of the selected provider. Otoe-Missouria members living outside Noble and Garfield Counties but within 60 miles of the Tribal Complex qualify under a separate path — see the companion entry.
