The program page states its mission as "To strengthen the nutritional values of low-income, rural Native Americans by providing USDA foods" and offers them "to low-income Native American households" in its listed counties. The page publishes no income table; FDPIR income limits are set federally. As a USDA program it carries the standard non-discrimination statement. Households cannot receive FDPIR and SNAP in the same month under federal FDPIR rules, though the page does not state this.

County
The program lists its counties as "Comanche, Cotton, Western Stephens, Tillman, Eastern Jackson." Two of the five are explicitly partial — western Stephens and eastern Jackson — which the whole-county model cannot represent, so no structured service area is attached. Attaching one would either wrongly include the rest of Stephens and Jackson or wrongly exclude the parts that are covered.
