Health Nutrition Program and WIC
The Health Nutrition Program provides the services of a licensed nutritionist for local agency menu planning, individual consultation, health assessment and the WIC Program. It provides nutrition services in primary care, dietary counseling and assessment for the End Stage Renal Program, and coordinates the dialysis nutrition program for the reservation. Emphasis is placed on pre- and postnatal nutrition education and services. Staff include a WIC aide and three part-time registered dietitians.
