Osage Nation Medicare Supplement (Plan F/G and Part D)
Tribal-subsidized Medicare supplement coverage administered through United American Insurance. Plan F or Plan G (for those newly Medicare-eligible on or after 1/1/2020) covers Medicare gaps. Part D covers prescription drugs. Cannot be combined with the Ages 65+ Health Benefit Plan.

Enrolled Osage Nation members age 65+ (or turning 65 within 6 months) enrolled in Medicare Part A and B. MACRA restrictions apply in FL, MN, VT, WA — Plan F not available to those newly eligible for Medicare on/after 1/1/2020 in those states. Open enrollment: October 1–December 15.
