Tribal Citizens Only
Source: cheyenneandarapaho-nsn.gov R.E.Sp.E.C.T. page (checked 2026-08-31) — "All R.E.Sp.E.C.T. Program applicants must be enrolled members of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes and provide a copy of their CDIB." The Athletic Shoes Program is the one documented exception: "The Athletic Shoes Program allows for CDIB2s to be covered as well" (Cheyenne and Arapaho descendancy documentation, not another tribe's CDIB). The page states no eligibility for members of other tribes. Hours: Sun 4–9pm, Mon–Thu 12–9pm, Fri 12–5pm (closed Saturdays).
