EBCI Per Capita Payments
Twice-annual direct cash distributions to all enrolled EBCI members age 18 and older, funded through tribal enterprise revenues (primarily Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort). Payments distributed June 1 and December 1. First payment issued by check; subsequent payments by direct deposit (enrollment deadlines: April 1 for June payment, October 1 for December payment).
