Youth programming covers alcohol, substance abuse and suicide awareness and prevention.

The Prevention and Recovery page describes programming that "provide[s] a wide-range of alcohol and substance abuse awareness, prevention, and treatment services for the local tribal community," with youth programming "designed to be culturally and educationally responsive." A Mental Health Counseling and Treatment application packet is posted as a download and carries the operative requirements. Across the department’s CNG guidelines eligibility is stated as enrolled tribal member with Comanche preference for residential services, and enrolled Comanche tribal member for the CNG-funded outpatient stream; the mental health packet should be checked for the rules specific to this service. Listed services include residential and outpatient treatment, parenting classes, relapse prevention classes, gambling education, the Tribal Batterer’s Intervention Program, driver’s licence reinstatement assistance, referrals and payment for drug and alcohol assessments, payment for MAT treatment for opioid use, family engagement activities, community awareness activities, youth culture and suicide, alcohol and substance abuse prevention classes, and case management for youth and adults impacted by opioid use and for tribal members returning from incarceration.
