Who's eligible
Tribal Citizens Only
The CNG guidelines list eligibility as: "Enrolled Tribal Member"; "Not be eligible for services through other sources of funding"; and completion of an application for the Comanche Nation Prevention and Recovery Program with documentation determined at intake. Supporting documentation is "Certificate of Indian Blood (CDIB) Comanche Tribal Member" and "Verification of residence outside of service area" — this stream is specifically for members who live outside the tribe’s service area. Published rates: residential treatment $300.00 per day for a 45-90 day program, plus up to $200.00 for personal hygiene supplies; outpatient counselling $125.00-$150.00 per hour for 6 to 12 sessions; sober living $600.00-$900.00 per month for up to three months; detoxification $500.00 per day; DUI assessments $160.00 one time only; DUI school $175.00-$360.00 one time only; drug court urinalysis fees varying at the Director’s discretion and dependent on compliance, with court fines, costs and attorney fees excluded; and driver’s licence reinstatement $1,000.00 as a one-time payment. Comanche Nation Transit passes are provided case-by-case. Length of service: "Provide service one-time a year to tribal members," with residential treatment funded on a one-time basis. In-service-area tribal members and members of other federally recognized tribes may be funded for several of these services through the TOR and IHS grants instead.
Where it's offered
Nationwide
This funding stream exists specifically for members living outside the tribe’s service area — the guidelines require "Verification of residence outside of service area" as supporting documentation. It therefore carries no Oklahoma restriction; members in the service area are routed to the grant-funded services instead.
