Open to pregnant women, breastfeeding women, postpartum women, and children under age 5 who meet income guidelines (generally at or below 185% of federal poverty level) and a nutritional risk determination. Tribal enrollment is NOT required — any eligible person in the service area may apply. Bring income documentation, proof of residency, and identification.
