Higher Education Program Supplies Assistance
Reimburses college and vocational students for required program supplies — the application gives scrubs, nursing shoes and a stethoscope as examples; the Education page mentions certain tools. Full-time and part-time students may apply for fall or spring. Funding depends on availability.

Tribal Citizens Only
Per the Education page, applicants "must be an EXCLUSIVE UKB member for at least six months before receiving Education services," with director exceptions for extenuating circumstances. Required with the application: UKB membership card, official transcripts or certifications, class schedule, receipts for all supplies, and the mandatory W-9.
