CHR Medical Appointment Fuel Assistance
Fuel assistance for Comanche-enrolled members travelling to out-of-town medical appointments in cases where the CHR program cannot provide the transport itself.

The CHR page lists this under a heading reading "Additional Assistance (Comanche Enrolled Only)": "Medical Appointment Fuel Assistance for out-of-town appointments, and CHR cannot provide transport." It is entered separately from the CHR core services because those are open to any enrolled tribal member while this benefit is restricted to Comanche Nation members. The amount is not published.
