Resident Opportunity and Self Sufficiency (ROSS) Program

The ROSS-SC grant program assists Indian Housing residents to make progress toward economic and housing self-sufficiency by removing professional, health and educational barriers. The program runs an assessment to identify the barriers residents themselves name. For elderly residents and residents with disabilities, self-sufficiency means using supportive services that let them age in place or live independently for as long as possible.
