Exam & License Fee Assistance
Pays exam and license fees for students — the application lists the GED, ACT, SAT, GRE and LSAT exams, vocational license fees and other exams — and covers short-term programs. Open to high school, undergraduate, graduate and professional students. Funding depends on availability.

Tribal Citizens Only
Per the Education page, applicants "must be an EXCLUSIVE UKB member for at least six months before receiving Education services," with director exceptions for extenuating circumstances. Required with the application: UKB membership card, official transcript or certifications, enrollment verification, the exam or license bill, and the mandatory W-9.
