Elder Care Medical & Hospital Visit Assistance
Financial assistance of up to $200 twice per year for doctors’ office visits, hospital visits, lab work, urgent care, and small procedures for enrolled Cheyenne and Arapaho elders.
Who's eligible
Tribal Citizens Only
Must be an enrolled member of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes, age 55 or older. Annual application required with CDIB copy. Available to enrolled members living within or outside the tribal service area.
