Rental/Mortgage Assistance
Help with rent payments, security deposits, past-due rent and past-due mortgage. Assistance is limited to once in a 12-month period except in documented disasters. Housing programs depend on available funds, and the department states its services are subject to change without notice.
Who's eligible
Any Enrolled Tribal Member
Per the Housing page: "Exclusive UKB preference applies. Once all UKB members have been served, members of other tribes will be assisted." The page also says programs are based on "meeting specified program guidelines, such as income restrictions," and links UKB Housing Income Guidelines (the FY2025 HUD Oklahoma income limits and the 2025 federal poverty guidelines) without saying which limit applies to this program — ask when you call.
