"The Caregiver is given a stipend of $12 per hour for up to 10 hours a week to care for the Comanche Elder," and assistance runs "up to 6 months at a time." Applications must be completed by both the elder and the caregiver, with a doctor’s statement filled out by the elder’s physician.
